EVENING BEACH YOGA A nourishing slower paced mindful practice whilst enjoying the sound of the waves, the feel of the sand beneath your feet, and the gentle sea breeze as you engage in a restorative yoga session. Release stress and find inner peace while soaking in the natural beauty around you. Join us for this nourishing experience and leave feeling calm and centred. Please bring warm layers that you can move easily in. The class will involve some gentle standing postures, seated and lying poses. We will end with a mediation so please bring a blanket or cosy jumper. I really hope you can make most of this amazing opportunity. We will meet on the Redcliffe side of Caswell Beach.
