Venue
Set in the most glorious countryside, this beautiful barn conversion and country house make the perfect location for our tranquil summer retreat. Take in the breath-taking views of this rural, unspoilt landscape. Return to nature to find inner-peace, clarity and re-connection to yourself.

Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation
We will meet each morning for a guided meditation in the yoga Shala followed by a revitalising yoga practice. There will be mindfulness activities and winter wellness workshops throughout the days with some free time to relax. In the evening we will practice nourishing and rejuvenating Yin and Restorative yoga as well as meditation or yoga Nidra before bed and a restful night's sleep.

Free time activities
This peaceful, remote setting offers great walks in the serene countryside, so bring your walking boots for a scenic afternoon walk or take an invigorating run exploring the hills and woodland. This venue has a beautiful landscaped courtyard with plenty of space to sit, chat, read or simply get comfortable and rest listening to the sounds of the stream and bird song. Gym & Sauna
Step into the sauna and deeply relax your muscles and rejuvenate your mind. The sauna's heat promotes detoxification, boosts immunity, and enhances circulation, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged. The small gym offers the opportunity to complement your practice with strength training or cardio exercises. Treatments & Massage
Take your relaxation to the next level by booking an additional rejuvenating massage or treatment.
