Yoga & Wellbeing

Hi! My name is Kate and I have just turned 18. I am currently on my journey to become a Physiotherapist.

I will be going to Winchester in September to study Physiotherapy.

 

I am in Gower College studying Sport and Exercise Science at the moment. 

 

I currently work for Bonymaen RFC and Gower College Rugby as their pitch side first aider. 

​

I completed my Yoga Teacher Training and teach at our Home Studio. 

 

I am currently completing my Level 3 Sports Massage Course and Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualification. 

 

I have exciting opportunities and experience with Osteohub Mumbles, Sam Webborn, Kate Rees, The Swans, Winchester RFC and Swansea Clinic coming soon…
