Venue
Our Yoga retreat is hosted in a luxurious barn conversion in the heart of Cotswolds countryside.
This venue is the perfect winter retreat, providing luxury, cosy and modern accommodation with a traditional rustic feel. Crackling log fires and warm under-floor heating will make this a heavenly sanctuary to unwind and find inner peace.

Accommodation
The deluxe super comfortable bedrooms are beautifully decorated to provide a serene and tranquil environment for a blissful night's sleep. Rooms have twin beds and immaculate en-suites. Why not book with a friend or share with another link-minded yogi? A small number of individual rooms will be available; we can discuss this on your consultation call.

Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation
We will meet each morning for a guided meditation, followed by a revitalising yoga practice. There will be mindfulness activities and winter wellness workshops throughout the days with some free time to relax. In the evening we will practice nourishing and rejuvenating Yin and Restorative yoga as well as meditation or yoga Nidra before bed and a restful night's sleep.

Free time activities
This peaceful, remote setting offers great walks in the countryside so remember your walking boots for a scenic afternoon walk exploring nature. There are also plenty of hiding spaces to cosy up with a book, or gather and chat with like-minded people and make new friends.

Wooden Hot Tub
Enjoy a warming soak in the hot tub to relax your muscles and relieve tension. The warm water experience whilst surrounded by the cold winter air is a truly magical experience.

Treatments & Massage
Why not indulge yourself some additional relaxation. Prior to your arrival you will have opportunity to reserve a tension relieving Swedish massage, relaxing facial, Reiki or Indian head massage. Our expert therapist will cater for your specific needs and preferences.

Meals
With our own dedicated and talented Retreat chef, you can expect your plates to be filled with flavorsome, wholesome dishes that nurture both body and soul. Our wonderful chef will thoughtfully prepare a variety of delicious and nutritious vegetarian meals and snacks using seasonal ingredients.

We will eat together in this exquisite, spacious dining room. Experience the joy of sharing meals with fellow yogis, cherishing not only the delicious flavours but also the delightful company and conversations that enrich this experience.
